You see, the security aspect is built-in, plugins aren’t installed the same way, and Squarespace has its own hosting… so why would you need maintenance for your Squarespace site?

I’m Cass Aggett and I’ve managed Squarespace websites for years.

I’m a Brisbane Squarespace web designer for go-getting, quietly rebellious women who wanna bring something good to the world.

I’ve been doing this techy-stuff since I was 14 years old (read: taught myself how to code in the days of dial up internet connection).

Today, I specialise in the Squarespace platform and believe that good-lookin’, functional and high-converting websites should be accessible to women at every stage of their business journey.

Websites aside, I’m a collector of dogs, roller skater and perhaps a little bit woo.

Oh, and my clients say I’m stubbornly determined to get results, a translator of ideas and someone that really “gets them”.

So you’ve got questions?

    • Adding, removing or editing text, links or images on your Squarespace website.

    • Adding, removing or editing Squarespace Scheduling appointments (where this feature has already been set up on your website).

    • Adding, removing or editing store products (if included in your plan).

    • Changing or editing your menu, header or footer.

    • Uploading documents to your website.

    • Uploading a blog post that you have already written.

    • Ensuring your site displays correctly on mobile if you’ve made edits to a section on desktop.

    • Adding non-blog pages. This can be done but will be quoted/charged separately.

    • Support for non-Squarespace products and accounts (e.g. non-Squarespace scheduling, domain hosting, email marketing providers, etc). This may be possible but will be quoted/charged separately.

    • Writing blog posts and sourcing images. Any blogs posted will feature only text and images that you have provided.

    • Providing / creating strategies for SEO, marketing, etc.

    • If something you’ve requested falls out of your plan’s scope we will let you know and discuss options.

    • Yes! You can access any of these support plans, regardless of whether we designed and developed your website or not.

    • All plans are charged monthly on the calendar date from joining – e.g. if you start a plan on the 17th, you’ll be billed on the 17th of each month until you cancel.

    • Absolutely – just email me two weeks before your next month’s invoice to cancel. Cancellations will not apply to any invoices already issued.

    • We will need Administrator access to your website (you remain the Owner) - don’t worry, we’ll let you know how to do this once we get started.

    • For most content update and support requests, you’ll be able to send these to us by email. If needed, we can also arrange Google Drive access for file sharing.

    • Any other access will be discussed on an as needed basis 🙂
