Your audit will cover the following areas of your Squarespace website:

You will receive a PDF report outlining the results of my audit alongside recommendations for what you can do to improve your site.
You will also receive a custom video where I go through my recommendations for your site so you know exactly what each bit means – no second-guessing here! -
No, I won’t be making any of the recommended changes. However if you would like me to, you can book a half or full day website design intensive (depending on the amount of changes – I will let you know which is suitable for your site).

When ordering your Squarespace website audit, there will be a form to complete before you proceed to checkout that includes the following questions:
What is the main goal of your website? (e.g. encourage bookings, collect email leads, sell products, educate your community, etc)
What are your top 1-2 concerns about your current website?
You will also be asked to confirm that you have sent a Contributor invitation with Administrator access to cass@cassaggett.com.au. Here are instructions for sending a Squarespace contributor invitation.
Please note your audit will not be completed until access is provided and payment received.

Not routinely, as I prefer to be able to provide advice from a place of knowing the website platform in-depth - which is why Squarespace audits are my jam, since I work with it every day.
